Collection Notes:	Collect approximately 5 ml or 5 grams of solid or semi-solid stool in a sterile container. Watery and diarrheal stools are not acceptable.

Notes:	storage conditions: refrigerated (2-8oC); frozen (-20oC) Antimicrobials, proton pump inhibitors and bismuth preparations are known to suppress H. pylori and ingestion of these prior to H. pylori testing may give a false negative result. It is recommended that these be discontinued 2 weeks prior to testing.
